Build Path (“we”, “us”) is an AI & product studio. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you contact us or use this site, how we use it, and the rights you have over it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We collect only what we need to respond to you — we don't sell your data.
Who we are
This is the website of BuildPath, a founder-led technology services business in India, based in Bengaluru and being incorporated as BuildPath Technologies Private Limited (registered office: Inside Shree Market, Jai Ram Bazaar, Dinapur-cum-Khagaul, Patna, Bihar 801105).
What we collect
If you fill in our form, book a call, or message us, we collect only what you give us: your name, company name, email, WhatsApp/phone number, and whatever you tell us about your enquiry. That's it. We don't run accounts, and we don't track you with cookies or analytics.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to you, set up a call, and follow up about working together. Nothing else.
We don't sell or share your data
We will never sell your information or hand it to anyone for their marketing. To run the site and reply to you, your details are handled by a few trusted third-party tools we use for scheduling, messaging, email, and website hosting — and only for those purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and stay in touch about working together. If nothing comes of it, we delete them within a reasonable time.
Keeping your data safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit who can see it. No system is ever completely secure, but if anything ever goes wrong with your data, we'll act on it and let you know where we're required to.
Not for children
This site and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Your choices
You can email us any time at hello@buildpath.in to see what we hold, correct it, or delete it — and we'll do it. If you'd rather we didn't message you on WhatsApp, just say so and we'll stick to email.
The legal bit
Indian law applies, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. In plain terms, that law asks us to tell you what we collect and why, only collect it with your agreement (the checkbox on our form), and let you take it back — all of which we do above. If you're ever unhappy with how we handle your data, you can raise it with the Data Protection Board of India.
